Job Title: Senior Construction Safety Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee safety protocols across multiple construction sites.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement safety training programs for staff.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years in commercial construction safety.
• 5+ years managing multiple projects across different sites.
• 5+ years field experience as a Construction Safety Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
