Safety Orientation Trainer - JCO Workforce Solutions

The Orientation Safety Trainer will provide site specific information and training around the hazards associates with the specific job site. They will also provide general safety training in the following areas: 

• Hazard assessment
• Hazard communication
• Chemical hygiene plans
• Exposure control, including various pathogens
• Respiratory protection
• Emergency response
• Confined space entry
• Lockout/Tagout

Candidates must be able to effectively communicate and deliver the prepared materials according to the site specific safety plan established by the site Safety Manager. 

The right candidate will have:

• Effective communication; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• 2yrs of construction safety oversight
• At least 1yr of leading safety training and presentations
• OSHA 30 or higher certifications
• Must be able to work Mon-Fri and Sat if needed
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
