Safety & Security Program Manager - Bryce Corporation

Key Accountabilities

• Proactively develops and leads the safety program for Bryce Corporation, Cyber Graphics, and ETS. 
• Manages Bryce Corporation and Cyber Graphics security programs and team members.
• Evaluates the performance of safety/security programs, implementing procedural improvements when necessary.
• Identifies, develops and schedules required safety training.  Audits training sessions to ensure effectiveness and maintains records.
• Conducts accident investigations and prepares internal/external reports, maintains related files and records. Recommends corrective actions and leads the Memphis Safety Committees. 
• Conducts or coordinates safety audits and plant inspections on work areas, machinery, materials storage, etc.
• Schedules, coordinates, and leads all safety compliance programs. Ensures compliance with internal safety policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Manages the worker’s compensation programs for Bryce Corporation, Cyber Graphics, and ETS. 
• Uses internally provided data to direct resource allocations that maximize organizational safety and security.
• Provides HR and Environmental support where needed. 
• Performs other related work as required.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years of experience in safety and security management
