We are searching for a safety professional who wants to make an impact on the communities we serve by helping develop and implement Industrial Hygiene programs and initiatives. The position requires practical application of various Industrial Hygiene subject areas to run occupational health and safety concerns at our sites, including hydroelectric dams, powerplants, substations, parks, maintenance facilities and offices. You will be trusted to: - Investigate health and safety related incidents. |
You qualify with: - Four or more years of experience in administration of industrial safety and/or health programs, utility industry (mechanical and/or electrical), safety training or compliance including providing guidance, leadership or formal/informal instruction to staff, or other relevant experience. You are a great fit with: - Experience with IH sampling/monitoring instrumentation and methodology, including air sampling pumps, air flow calibrators, noise dosimeters, sound level meters, 4-gas meters, bulk/surface sampling and IAQ sampling. |
