Sailing Counselor
Job Description: Sailing Counselor will exist as the direct assistant to the Sailing Master during Sailing Lessons and Sailing/Watersports Camp Series conducted by the Club. Acting as a Sailing/Watersports instructor for children in a supervised camp setting.
Requirements:
- General knowledge of Sailing and the ability to teach and instruct children (ages 8-14)
- Florida Boating Safety Education I.D. Card
- Experience counseling/supervising on-water activities
- Satisfactory powerboat handling
- Availability during Summer months
Seasonal/Part-Time Position, unless discussed otherwise with Sailing Master or Camp Director.
General dates of interest: Spring Break (March), Summer (June - Early September), Winter Break (December), scattered weekends during off-season.
Pay Rate: $15/hr+ (subject to experience/availability)
