Position: Restaurant Prep & Guest Service
Summary: With a positive, outgoing, friendly nature and always with a spirit of joy; this team member Preps fresh produce, Greets & Assists Guests, Maintains a clean environment, and offers AMAZING customer service!
Job Type: Part-time (10-20 hours) Availability between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon - Sat
Salary: Up to $15.00 per hour (depending on experience) + TIP SHARE!

Responsibilities
The Salad Station is a quick service, self-serve, by-the-pound gourmet salad restaurant with over 100+ toppings in a fun, family-friendly, fast-paced work environment. Our fabulous Salad Station family works together to uphold our moto of "Fresh, Full, Clean, Kind" and creates the freshest salad experience around; working together in a helpful & respectful environment where everyone is valued and treated kindly. It's a real team effort and lots of fun! (and Tip Sharing is a outstanding addition to your paycheck!)
In this role, you may possibly assist the opener by preparing catering orders, fresh greens, fresh fruits, and any other items needed to start the day. During lunch perhaps you'll greet & assist guests, prepare to-go & delivery orders, restock and freshen the lobby or assist guests at checkout - all while maintaining the standard of Fresh, Full, Clean, & Kind.
ALL Salad Station team members are prepared to work in ALL areas and we'll show you how to:
- Prepare fresh produce, fruits, meats, and toppings to Salad Station standards
- Greet Every Guests
- Chop Salads
- Build Wraps
- Make To-Go Orders
- Prepare Catering Orders
- Handle Cash & Credit Transactions
- Promote our Rewards Program and Mobile App
- Attend to the Dining Room
- Bake & Sauté
- Wash dishes using a commercial 3-compartment sink
- Operate our dish washer machine
- Mop
- Clean

Requirements/Skills
