• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the luxury market who require premium ground transportation services.

• Customized Proposals: Develop comprehensive and appealing proposals outlining transportation packages, rates, and additional services.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while maximizing revenue and maintaining profitability.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and luxury travel preferences to remain competitive and innovative.
• Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand client base and strengthen industry connections.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of transportation services and exceed client expectations.
• Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets to contribute to the company's growth objectives.

• Occasionally chauffeur for critical and VIP clients and accounts
• Occasionally assist with chauffeur training and development

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proven sales experience in the luxury travel industry, preferably with a focus on ground transportation services.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey value propositions to clients.
