The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, strong prospecting and lead generation abilities, and excellent presentation skills. In this role, you will be responsible for selling commercial furnishings, working closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional needs, and translating these into practical, aesthetically pleasing solutions.
Position Overview
As a Sales Account Executive, your role will involve developing new business relationships, maintaining key accounts, and contributing to our overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
· Achieve sales goals through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
· Partner with design and project management teams to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
· Deliver formal presentations to clients, showcasing proposed products and services.
· Assist clients in selecting products that meet their design and functional needs.
· Manage key accounts and nurture long-term customer relationships.
· Introduce established clients to new products and industry developments.
· Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to prepare price quotations, delivery timelines, and sales agreements.
· Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
· Monitor market trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies.
· Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
· Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product launches.
· Collaborate with the commercial division and senior management on marketing strategies.
· Work with retail division personnel to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to client inquiries.
· Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
· Proficient in reading and interpreting business documents, writing reports, and preparing business correspondence.
· Basic mathematical proficiency for calculating quotes and financial data.
· Ability to analyze client requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
· Experience with standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, and databases).
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
