About the Job
Looking for a high-performing Sales Account Manager to help meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, achieving the sales target, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by maintaining and developing the existing customers relationship.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's new customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status and expand new products markets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration
- Automotive or Aluminum related field experience is preferred.
- 5+ years of Outside Sales experience within the non-ferrous metal industry preferred.
- Sales experience in lightweight raw materials is highly preferred.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience is required in developing new customers as well as maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Basic logistic knowledge will be a plus.
- ERP system or sales force experience will be a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Domestic travel - 30%
