Who You Are:As an integral member of the Sales Team to execute the Company sales strategy, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day account management activities including interactions with our in-house and other assigned accounts to ensure that we deliver exceptional service to our customers and achieve optimal performance for the accounts.
What You'll Do:- Maintain Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for in-house and other assigned accounts, ensuring delivering exceptional service and maintain ongoing satisfaction of each client.
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize account revenue and meet sales targets by using all available data and tools including syndicated data and QuickBooks.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align product offerings with client needs and address any client needs or concerns.
- Monitor and Analyze Account Performance: Track key metrics and provide actionable insights to improve client outcomes, work with the primary sales manager on accounts and make recommendations to optimize account strategies.
- Cultivate Broker Relationships: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with brokers to enhance communication and support the implementation of sales strategies for the assigned accounts.
- Monitor Broker Performance: Regularly assess broker performance against sales targets and KPIs, resolve challenges and provide feedback and guidance to drive improvement and growth.
- Provide reports and updates with recommendations and actionable plans for performance improvement of assigned accounts.
- Maintain the internal CRM system as needed.
Experience & Qualification Requirements
A successful candidate needs to be New Jersey based and working primarily from the office of Crispy Green, the person also needs to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the CPG or produce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiently communicate plans and ideas to clients by using current communication tools
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting client data
- Collaborative problem-solving skills to help resolve customer issues or needs
- Strong time management and be able to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Up-to-date understanding of the industry’s consumer behavior
- Willing to travel by personal vehicle and/or public transportation (including occasional airplane travel) for business
Crispy Green offers an attractive compensation package that includes base salary, bonus, comprehensive medical/dental/Rx insurances as well as long-term disability and life insurance, paid-time-off, 401(k) and Cash Balance retirement plans.
Annual Salary: $ 70K to $ 80K + 20% bonus target (Commensurate with experience)
