We are looking to add to our Account Management team. This team is responsible for managing our key accounts, maintaining healthy and service focused relationships, driving year over year growth, all while providing the best possible customer experience.

What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships serving as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and ensure they are met.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by customers promptly and effectively providing the best possible customer experience.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve year over year growth.
- Bring a deep understanding of the fastener industry, our products, and their applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
- Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales support and purchasing to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Track order status and communicate updates to customers as needed.
- Develop account plans outlining objectives, strategies, and action plans for each assigned customer account.
- Collaborate with sales growth team to develop overall sales strategies and tactics.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Provide the best possible customer experience before, during, and after sales transactions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the customer service team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account activity, and market trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience working at a Fastener manufacturing company or distribution organization.
- Able to make decisions independently
- Grasps basic math/profitability concepts
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys an environment of active growth and change.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
