Position Overview:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional who will be responsible for selling our workforce solutions, including contract labor and project management services. The Sales Account Manager will work closely with clients in the aviation, ground transportation, and light industrial sectors to ensure our solutions meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients in the aviation, ground transportation, and light industrial sectors.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their workforce needs are consistently met.
- Understand client business objectives, workforce challenges, and labor needs to provide tailored workforce solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, project management, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Identify market trends and provide feedback to leadership on opportunities for business expansion.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within aviation, ground transportation, or light industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of workforce solutions, contract labor, and project management services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
