The Sales Account Representative will be someone who is an expert in all of our clients service products and knowledge. They will be someone who contributes to our companies' ongoing success by being our customers' primary point of contact, having the ability to answer all service inquiries. Sales Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to introduce our clients’ products and service that will best fit their desired needs to find a solution for their current service
- Learn the proven sales techniques to ensure a seamless sales experience so that customer knows exactly what they are going to be receiving and when to expect the delivery
- Utilize our clients service guidebook and product knowledge expertise to drive sales, increase ROI and expand the service deliberately
- Drive sales initiatives by working with customers to see if they are eligible for the service, have clear communication
- Collaborate with the teams to share insights, consumer feedback, and refine residential sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate up to date information so that is a clear sales cycle and our clients brand is represented to the highest level
Qualifications of the Sales Account Representative:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to take initiative
- Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self motivated with a positive mindset
- Professionally communicate with customers while having the ability to maintain customer accounts accurately
