Key Responsibilities:
- Learn about our products/services and sales techniques
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies
- Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads and schedule sales meetings
- Nurture relationships with potential buyers in the B2B realm and preserve current revenue streams from existing clients by providing outstanding service
- Facilitate special orders, incentives, employee recognition programs, and program-based business
- Stay informed about industry trends and offerings to identify opportunities for business growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by sales management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
