Job SummaryThe Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting Titan’s business objectives by collaborating with management, sales, marketing, and customer service teams. This position ensures a high-performance, employee-oriented, and client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Sales Presentations: Organize resources and collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality sales presentations.
- Temporary Service Requests: Handle pricing and contract setup promptly for temporary services.
- Audit Contracts & Databases: Regularly review contracts and company databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Client Service Requests: Respond to incoming requests for service from Titan Electronics clients.
- Monitor Contract Compliance: Track and manage contract expiration dates to ensure compliance.
- Certificate of Insurance: Organize and distribute Certificates of Insurance as required.
- Executive Calendar Management: Coordinate executive and client meetings, managing expectations for all parties.
- License Analysis & Compliance: Ensure all required licenses are up-to-date and properly analyzed for accuracy.
- Purchase Order Management: Review and ensure that the correct Purchase Orders (POs) are attached to relevant sales or service transactions.
- Salesforce Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and high-quality data in Salesforce.
- Uniform Vendor Management: Assist with managing relationships with uniform vendors.
- Client Training Seminars: Coordinate contract execution and scheduling of training seminars for clients.
- Support Operations: Aid in employee recognition efforts and assist in office appreciation events.
- Miscellaneous: Support various ad hoc tasks as needed to drive business success.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in a similar role preferred.
Certificates & Licenses: Ability to obtain a valid PERC. Familiarity with licensing processes is a plus.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Travel: Occasional travel (less than 10%) to client or branch offices in suburban Chicago or northwest Indiana.
