About the role:
The Sales Administrator is an integral part of the inMusic Operations department and reports directly to the Head of Order Management. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling all aspects of order management, from the moment of sale to product delivery. Collaborating closely with our Sales Managers, you will verify and process incoming sales orders. Additionally, you will provide daily updates on order status, availability, and non-technical sales support to cross-functional internal and external teams such as warehouse, credit management, and planning.
What our Sales Administrator will do:
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of sales orders and customer information
- Efficiently process incoming sales orders using SAP
- Provide excellent customer service through various channels (telephonic, email, etc.), supporting both B2B and B2C customers
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to allocate available stock and notify internal teams about low inventory and replenishment dates
- Offer daily sales order support to cross-functional internal and external teams, including information on stock availability, order status, credit clearance confirmation, fulfillment confirmation, and non-technical after-sales support
- Access and maintain relevant customer portals
- Assist other members of the order management team when needed
Requirements
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of proven order management experience
- MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience using an ERP System such as SAP, JD Edwards, or similar desired
