The Sales Coordinator role assists in the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Finance Department.
- Keeping New and Used inventory up to date on The Pete Store and Truck Paper web pages; including specs, files, pictures and updating costs weekly
- Management of Titles and MSO’s for assigned locations
- Stock in New and Used truck file management for assigned locations
- Prepare service request form (AVO) for all used trucks for state inspection, quick service and other repairs pre-approved by Sales Manager (New or Used)
- Coordinate with sales staff and finance manager the scheduling of deliveries to the detail department daily
- Coordinate all truck transfers with proper paper work, managers and drivers
- Process driver pay sheets for accounting to be signed by Sales Manager
- Process/authorize invoices to be paid – given to accounting dept.
- Process final profit worksheets for the Southeast Sale Staff to be signed by Sales Manager
- Process and coordinate warranty paper work with warranty department and accounting working closely with the Finance Department
- Coordinate Pac Lease rentals with proper personnel
- Maintain cleanliness, fueling and any repairs needed for Pac Lease rentals located in the Southeast Stores
