About the Job
The Sales Administrator reports to Director of Sales/ Executive Administrator, answers telephones in the absence of Sales Managers, prepares proposals, contracts and resumes for sales Managers, receives and relays client correspondence, updates client financial records. The exceptional Sales Admin has the ability to diffuse negative client situations and foster client bonding in the absence of the Sales Managers.
High school diploma or equivalent. Customer Service background desirable but not required. Typing skills required. Some computer knowledge required; comfortable with Word, Excel, keyboarding, and use of communication tools such as email.Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment. Previous Sales Admin practice experience desirable but not required.
Be flexible in attitude and work habits. Quickly learn how to give directions around property and surrounding areas. Perform basic computer skills, type 40 - 50 words per minute. Have had experience with basic office functions in a busy work environment.
Work requires at times lifting and carrying material/boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.; requires sitting for extended periods or time. The range for the position is dependent on experience.

Provide clients with handouts and brochures regarding what Callaway Resort and Gardens has to offer. Explain delays to clients. Ensure the comfort of customers during their waits.
