Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the enabling infrastructure of the sales team (i.e. the “plumbing”)
- CRM (Salesforce) optimization
- Sales pipeline administration and reporting (targets, prospects, prioritization)
- Prospect and contact discipline
- Develop and manage sales collateral
- Consistency in format and content
- Refine overall messaging and TSI value-proposition
- Develop sub-content specific to target solutions / problem resolution
- Market analysis
- TAM definition and segmentation
- Focus sales force / prioritization of sales efforts to high-value / high-probability markets and targets
- Identify cross-selling opportunities / organic growth opportunities with existing clients
- Coordination and management of sales efforts
- Ops coordination (organic growth and new logo/business development)
- Sales team coordination
- Align key internal stakeholders around sales efforts
- Align organizational resources to support new and existing business development
- Management reporting
- Coordinate and deliver sales progress updates to leadership / key stakeholders
- Responsible for the RFP process for Sales team
- Create/write competitive RFP’s
- Present RFP’s to potential clients
- CRM (Salesforce) optimization
- Ability to coalesce and mobilize cross-functional teams to support business development
- Ability to simplify complexity and formulate an actionable strategy
- Organize, simplify, and report on sales activity
- Administer and/or support sales incentive programs
- Equally comfortable discussing strategy and tactics. Design and do.
- CRM optimization knowledge. Leverage technology and reporting to drive results and mobilize teams.
Physical requirements:
- Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30lbs
