Sales Administrator
We have a new opening for a Sales Administrator that has experience working with power supply products and dealing with Tier 1 government contractors.
Our client is a proven technology leader in power conversion designs. We manufacture highly reliable, ruggedized power supplies and backup power (Uninterruptible Power Supply) products for military, aerospace, industrial and commercial power applications.
We are a rapidly growing company offering opportunities for professional growth and advancement in a positive work environment. As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities are, but may not be limited to the following:
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Aid lead sales team members in daily customer interactions
- Contact customers to assist with orders
- Complete customer to assist with product knowledge
- Update CRM system with customer information
- Enter new sales leads and produce quotes into CRM (Hubspot CRM knowledge a plus)
- Complete customer file after order completion
- Learning and understanding the products provided
- Answering phones
- Basic Website Page Building
- Basic Social Media Posting
- Hubspot CRM knowledge a plus
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Experience in a customer service, sales or administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) & PDF's
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- High level of organization
- Reliable and punctual
Required experience:
- Administrative Assistant, Sales, Customer Service : 2 years
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
