Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a retail client specializing in men’s fashion in Grand Rapids who is actively looking to hire qualified individuals for a Senior Sales Associate career who are ready to start immediately. The ideal candidate will be able to drive individual sales performance, foster strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Senior Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain high merchandising standards including stock work and store maintenance
- Mentor and support fellow Sales Associates and interns
Senior Sales Associate Qualifications: To be considered for the Senior Sales Associate position, applicants should:
- Have 5+ years of retail experience, with a preference for men’s fashion
- Demonstrate a proven ability to produce sales and achieve goals
- Possess prior commissioned sales experience
- Be proficient in retail software (POS systems) and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and be knowledgeable about men’s fashion
