SunPower Corp. (www.sunpowercorp.com) The Residential Channel Operations Coordinator will support the North American Business Unit efforts to develop operational processes, support the dealers and internal stakeholders. The position reports to the Revenue Attainment and Order to Cash Manager.
This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial culture within a big company. The ideal candidate is someone capable and interested in forming and implementing business processes and support the dealers on all aspects of doing business with SunPower.
To succeed in this role the candidate must have the ability to think analytically, communicate effectively, and execute efficiently. Must be detail-oriented, possess strong time management skills, and be able to work in a fast paced work environment.
Responsibilities
• Act as the operations liaison between SunPower and its partners • Provide SunPower Residential Dealer Program Support and escalations • Compliance Enforcement – evaluate compliance with dealers not meeting the Service Level Agreements • Notice to Proceed– follow up with dealers on aging contracts paperwork and work closely with the partners in meeting established processes and policies • Manage aging contracts, cancelations and extended open orders. • Provide support to the dealers to solve financial products related issues in a timely manner • Onboarding Administration – Welcome calls, training and support new dealer onboarding activities • Termination - work with internal operations teams, SunPower Sales Manager, and dealer to recover SPWR assets, minimize SunPower financial exposure, follow through with termination process and manage the transfer of the installation to another dealer • RMA activities – support RMA follow up and closure • Ensure Dealer Licenses and Insurance Records are up to date • Ensure Dealer SunPower training certifications are kept up to date. • Reinforce communications
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business administration • 1+ years of real estate, insurance, or loan processing experience working in a semi-autonomous manner preferred • 2+ years of Sales Operation and customer support experience with photovoltaic products preferred • Superior communication skills – both written and oral, good listening skills. • Superior organizational skills (prefer project management experience) • Competence with Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). • Strong customer focused attitude • Familiarity with Sales Force.com functionality preferred • Ability to work across matrix organization
