Overview:
The Sales Analytics Analyst focuses on using data driven insights to enable the continued growth of the sales organization. This position will develop strategies that improve sales productivity and performance to drive revenue and retention goals.
Responsibilities:
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and report on sales performance
- Aggregate, summarize and interpret large data sets
- Communicate concepts and the insights of the analysis/models for improvement to improve efficiency
- Analyze current business processes and/or SOP’s and make recommendations for improvement fo improve efficiency
- Perform gap analysis and prioritize areas for the organizational performance improvement
- Identify trends and opportunities with customer segments, referral growth, territory growth and rep productivity
- Ability to turn data into useful information through dashboards
- Champion relationships with business teams by being proactive, display thorough understanding of the business process and recommended innovative analytics driven solutions
- Develop framework for performance management across roles and functions
- Identify right business and product metrics to be analyzed and tracked
- Partner with Marketing on competitive activity, customer, and market trends
- Partner with Finance on workforce management, territory alignment and FTE planning
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics or related field
- 5+ years of related analytics experience
- Working with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com
Preferred:
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry

- High level of attention to detail
- Able to be organized, analytical, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Skilled in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate various relevant details across the organization
- Takes initiative to ensure work is done accurately and completely and to improve work product and processes
- Works under limited supervision
- Uses discretion and escalates issues when appropriate
- Strong sense of urgency and drive for results
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel Lookup and Reference functions, such as VLOOKUP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances, thrive in a constantly changing business environment and handle multiple tasks
