JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY:
Provides administrative and clerical support to the sales team. Assists with a variety of sales activities including order input, meeting scheduling, maintenance of sales literature inventory, and customer service regarding products and pricing. Generates and distributes reports regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings. Maintains competitive intelligence library. Assists Account Managers with logistics support on events, travel, and expense reporting.
Requires a 2-year college diploma or equivalent. Reports to Sales Manager.
Sales Team Support and Assistance with:

Sales Process Support
· Quote tracking and management
· CRM administration and updates
· Opportunity and pipeline maintenance
· Maintain competitive intelligence library
Marketing Process Support
· Content collection and selection for social media
· Support for coordination of content and
· Event planning and coordination
· Maintain sales collateral

Education, Experience, Knowledge:
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

1. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal and external customers.
2. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
B. Computer Skills
Computer software skills required such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams. Quickbooks, CRM (such as Salesforce or Hubspot) would be a bonus.
C. Mathematical Skills
Level of mathematical skills and abilities need to successfully accomplish the essential duties of this job:
1. Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
2. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
3. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basis algebra and geometry.
