Job Title: Physician Sourcing Specialist

Overview: This position supports the sales and recruitment team by sourcing and screening physicians for locum assignment opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone outreach to potential physician candidates.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit for assignments.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of viable candidate leads.
• Collaborate with Staffing Consultants to pass on qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment or sales preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
