POSITION SUMMARY:

Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and access customers needs and provide assistance. Be knowledgeable of products offered and maintain presentable condition of products.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• High School Degree

EXPERIENCE:

• Cash Register and Sales experience helpful, but not required. Will train.

COMPETENCIES:

• Basic understanding of sales and customer service practices
• Knowledge of products
• Mathematical ability
• Proficiency in English and solid communication skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate cash register and credit card machine
• Service and cater to customer's needs
• Price and display merchandise
• Inventory and stock merchandise
• Check food products for expiration dates
• Straighten products on shelves and maintain a clean and organized shop
• May perform additional responsibilities as need
