Location: StretchLab Campbell and StretchLab Willow Glen
Available Shift Details:
- Day shifts
- Morning shifts
- Limited evening shifts
- Weekend morning shifts
- 5.5 to 7 hr. shifts
Compensation & Perks:

Position Overview:
As a Membership Associate, you will be the face of StretchLab, helping customers feel their best through our one-on-one assisted stretching services. You will work closely with our team of fitness and kinesiology professionals to educate customers about our services, determine their needs, and coordinate their care at our studio. Your main responsibilities include appointment booking, customer intake, front desk management, and membership sales. You'll have the opportunity to establish relationships with customers, promote the club at special events, and ensure the studio is clean and tidy. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and helpful attitude, and an interest in health and wellness or sales.

- Previous retail sales and/or customer service experience valued
- Excellent speaking, communication, and customer service skills
- Friendly and helpful attitude

- Fluent in English and able to communicate in person and via phone, text message and email
- Able to balance attention between assigned tasks, customers, and incoming communications
- Proficient in computer skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist with outreach to customers and appointment booking
- Educate customers about our services
- Determine customer's needs and record intake information
- Greet and check-in clients
- Establish relationships with customers
- Follow written directions including scripts and guides
- Present membership details to customers
- Ensure the studio is clean and tidy
- Ensure studio staff are adhering to studio policy
- Other duties as assigned
