Sales Associate - Rising Phoenix Acquisitions

Our company is searching for a Sales Associate that provides Telecommunications Sales and Customer Service Support around the Baltimore area. We are seeking an articulate, bright, and detail-oriented individual for our Sales Associate role! In this role, you will train directly with our leadership team to learn all entry-level duties and everyday responsibilities.

Our Sales Associates provide exceptional support to our telecommunications partner's brand. The company’s mission is to have our Sales Associates promote our services, enhance the customer experience, and drive sales. This candidate will deliver immediate customer assistance, such as processing sales inquiries, educating clients on telecommunications products and services, and tracking customer information.

Sales Associate Duties:

• Reach out directly to potential customers and present products and services.
• Prepare applications and forms for client and customer tracking.
• Support the team by completing comprehensive reports that are thorough and accurate.
• Take the initiative to resolve escalations or objections from customers and explain our services.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at client meetings and networking gatherings.
• Ensure courteous and efficient service is provided to all customers.
• Support other team members as well as cross-functional departments by participating in meetings and training sessions.

Sales Associate Skills Desired:

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Business, Management, or Administration is preferred
• Comfortable taking the initiative to enhance skills and corresponding with multiple departments and clients
• Prior history delivering excellent customer service is a plus
• Working in events, fundraising, or experience as a volunteer
• Excellent problem solving and organization skills
• Self-motivated and eager to exceed expectations
• Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule
