Day-to-Day:

• Providing outstanding customer service by seamlessly multi-tasking between answering phones, setting appointments, greeting clients as they arrive, checking guests in and out. 
• Enrolling memberships and selling packages.
• Upselling enhancements on services and retail products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Educating our clients about the benefits of our Wellness Program. Driving membership sales and member retention. 
• Booking clients for future services, enhancements and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Assisting in making sure the front of the location and the front desk are always clean and presentable
• Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members
• Upholding the Massage Envy core values of Optimism, Gratitude, Excellence, Consistency and Empathy

Qualifications: 

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Self motivated with the ability to think critically and set priorities
• Great teammate who can work well with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
• Smart and Savvy with basic math and computer skills, confidence in handling cash
