Sales Associate & Listing Coordinator
Type: 1099 contract, part-time hourly, remote
Pay: $2,000/month fixed monthly draw reconciled against negotiated sales commission split
Hours: 20-30/week
Start date: November 15, 2024
Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable In-House Sales Agent & Owner’s Representative to drive the sales process for our exclusive 17-lot Creek Stand Land community. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for real estate, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to foster relationships with potential buyers. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, customer service, and project management skills.

- Lead Generation: Proactively source and generate leads through networking, cold calls, and established local relationships. Maintain a disciplined approach using CRM tools.
- Prospect Management: Qualify and convert leads into prospects through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
- Sales Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with affluent, out-of-town buyers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Contract Navigation: Expertly navigate residential and land real estate contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process.
- Transaction Coordination: Oversee all aspects of residential real estate closings, coordinating with attorneys, surveyors, lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.
- Site Tours: Conduct rigorous property and land tours for buyers, showcasing sites under construction and highlighting unique features.
- Event Coordination: Organize and host promotional events to engage potential buyers and promote the Creek Stand Land community.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the owner/developer, outside real estate agents, design and construction teams, and the internal marketing team for daily development promotion and routine coordination.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Local Residency: Must be a resident of Newnan/Coweta County with strong ties to the community.
- Networking Skills: Proven ability to establish and leverage local relationships; outgoing and a mover & shaker in the real estate landscape.
- Ethics & Reputation: Verifiable professional code of ethics and a strong local reputation in real estate.
- Real Estate experience:
- Licensed real estate agent with experience in residential subdivisions and lot sales
- Familiarity with residential design and construction processes
- Experience working with affluent, out-of-town buyers
- Contractual Knowledge: Proficient in navigating residential and land real estate contracts
- Closing Experience: Demonstrated experience with residential real estate closings and related processes.
- Physical Fitness: Ability and fitness to conduct rigorous property and land tours on construction sites
- Passion for Outdoors (preferred): A desire to promote and outdoor lifestyle and community.
- Organization Skills: Strong organization and communication with attention to detail.
- Tech Saavy: Comfortable using technology for marketing, communication, and sales tracking.
