Our group fitness-based workouts combine cardio, endurance, strength training, and Floyd Mayweather electrifying boxing combinations. Our team encourages members and guests to find what is their best means to them through their fitness journey.

Reports to: Studio Manager

Pay Structure: $12.50 up to $20 per hour (hourly plus commissions)

Our team is looking to add a Rock Start Sales associate with previous sales experience & strong

closing skills. This Rock Star has:

● Prior sales experience required

● Excellent customer service skills

● Solid verbal and written communication skills required

● Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment

● Ability to work and function in a team environment

● Health & Fitness minded people required

● High School diploma required

A day in the life:

● Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including

membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.

● Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.

● Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.

● Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive

experience at the Mayweather Boxing Fitness studio.

● Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.

● Work hand-in-hand with our instructors to guide potential members through their first Mayweather Boxing Fitness workout.

● Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.

● Participate in marketing and outreach events

● Maintains an organized and clean lobby & front desk at all times

● Keep up with studio cleaning checklists

● Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Mayweather Boxing Fitness training programs.
