Job Description: As an Account Manager / Sales Representative at Lexon Inc., you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a preference for those with experience in the paper goods or restaurant supplies industries. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with basic computer software are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the paper goods and restaurant supplies markets.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and address any concerns or issues.
- Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits relevant to their business.

- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Lexon Inc. and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the paper goods or restaurant supplies industries.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
