About the Job
At Chick-fil-A, someone who is a Sales and Brand Growth Team Leader creates and executes strategies that impact the growth of sales through our food truck and delivery service. They also lead initiatives to increase check averages & transition counts in the restaurant, all while maintaining a strong brand integrity and community connection.

Leader Responsibilities:
- Works under the influence of each Director in the business (Talent, Guest Experience, Sales & Brand Growth, Financial Stewardship)
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant, including using all systems and checklist provided
- Enhance the guest's experience by showing care to our guests and team
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our purpose, mission, values and culture at the highest level everyday
- Assist in training of the team, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers or record inventory loss
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Able to preform all Team Member positions in the business (Delivery, Hospitality/Drive Thru, Kitchen, and Trainer roles)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be able to pull a large trailer for outside events
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Ability to be a good steward with a growth-mindset who strives for excellence
- Ability to be a good servant with a caring heart who enjoys what they do
- Ability to be a good example with high integrity who develops others
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
