This service/sales leadership role is essential in driving our sales efforts, managing client relationships, and ensuring the growth of our service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of training techniques, and exceptional leadership skills.

Compensation: Top pay for top performers!!!! This position will have a SIX-FIGURE annual salary that will be comprised of a performance-based pay structure. This position has UNCAPPED COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITIES!!!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and light commercial plumbing sectors
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the service team to achieve individual/department sales goals
• Collaborate with the service technicians to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the service industry
• Training and developing experience in the service industry
• Advanced communication and soft skills
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
