- 40,000 - 70,000 Base (Total Comp Range with Commission- $100,000 - $250,000+ ).

DERF's customer base ranges from small manufacturers to Fortune 500s.
We are opening a new office in New Rochelle, NY.
Experience:

Experience:
- 2 years in a Sales / Business Development Role.
- Sales experience in Industrials, Pharmaceuticals, Hardware, Solar, Cars, Insurance, Door to Door Sales - is preferred but not required.
Job Duties:
- Develop new sales opportunities through inbound leads.
- Develop new sales opportunities through outbound sales outreach.
- Maintain and continually develop current/active customer accounts.
- Sell, broker, and respond to daily customer requests for quotes.
- Manage domestic/international customers in multiple time zones.
Competencies:
- Multi-Tasking.
- Aptitude to connect with customers over the phone, build relationships, and close deals.
- Willingness to make outbound phone calls every day.
- Comfortable speaking to customers on the phone, seeking someone who enjoys engaging and building lasting relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic.
- Works well with a team.
Education:
- High School Diploma required.
- College degree preferred but not required.
