We are seeking former or current aesthetics sales representatives with experience selling to med spas to join our team.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Have sales abilities or sales experience in quota driven role and account based selling.
- Candidates with a background in health and wellness, med spas, aesthetics or pharmaceutical sales, or have existing call point relationships with Med Spas, Orthopedic, Pain Management, and/or Internal Medicine Providers along with autoimmune disorders are highly preferred.
- Education or knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products and medical terminology.
- Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning.
- High sense of urgency in particular with regards to customer service orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a highly driven sales rep culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented.
- Must maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethical at all times.
- Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and be persuasive and how to navigate to be successful.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) within the assigned territory, residing within 30 miles of a major airport.
- Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to thrive in a home-based work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Medical or a related field is a plus.
- Collaborate with the President of Sales & Marketing to develop quarterly and monthly plans to drive team success and achieve sales objectives.
- Utilize your strategic mindset to update and refine the annual territory business plan, providing valuable feedback to senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate CRM data input and leverage metrics to monitor sales call effectiveness, presentation delivery, and market share.
- Stay informed of industry trends and client needs through customer interactions and feedback, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
- Represent our company with professionalism and integrity at all times, embodying our commitment to excellence.
- $40,000 Base Salary plus Commission % of the gross sales. Earn up to $250,000 your first year.
