What You Will Be Doing:
- Build and maintain partnerships with sales team, support sales center Operational Sales Leader, and cover routes when needed.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates - not from behind a desk - to keep/attain a World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices.
