Opportunity
Naveris is seeking a Sales/Commercial Analytics Manager to join our Business Operations and Commercial teams. The Manager, Commercial Analytics and Insights will analyze data to identify actionable insights for the Commercial, Billing & Reimbursement, Client Services and Leadership Teams at Naveris to advance our mission of helping patients at risk of developing viral-induced cancers benefit from NavDx testing. Candidates should be highly organized and analytical self-starters who bring a positive attitude, integrity, and enthusiasm as we transform cancer prevention and care.
This is an office-based role, with flexibility on location, but a bias for on-site presence at Naveris Headquarters in Waltham, MA. For remote candidates, travel as needed to Naveris Headquarters may be required to support achievement of Company Objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the SVP, Commercial, with dotted line reporting to the VP, Business Operations, the Sales/Commercial Analytics Manager, will support achievement of Naveris’ Commercial Objectives by analyzing data from a wide range of sources and identifying actionable insights that will inform our strategies and tactics.
This role requires a very high level of cross functional coordination across the Commercial, Business Operations, Billing & Reimbursement, Data Insights, Finance and other teams within Naveris. This position will work closely with field-based Product Development Managers to identify opportunities to increase patient access to NavDx testing. Specific responsibilities include:
- Analyze data to identify actionable insights that will inform our commercial strategies and tactics
- In coordination with the Product Development Managers, identify opportunities to broaden patient access to NavDx testing
- Support Commercial leadership is establishing and tracking targets and goals on a quarterly and annual basis
- Use data to support forecasting for both the Commercial and Finance organization
- Support development and management of the sales compensation plan, tracking and analyzing variable pay for the commercial organization
- Utilize statistical analysis and mathematical modeling to analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven solutions
- Prepare sales analysis and other reports for distribution to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with the Finance organization to ensure consistent and accurate reporting of financial data
- Execute special projects at the direction of Commercial and Business Operations leadership to support achievement of Company Objectives
Requirements
Outstanding candidates for the Manager, Commercial Analytics and Insights role will meet the minimum following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 5 years of successful full-time work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on commercial operations and analytics; experience in management consulting or finance are also appropriate for this role
- Experience working in commercial-stage, high-growth life sciences or diagnostics companies
- Advanced expertise with Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau and other business intelligence tools
- Ability to influence without authority and to impact results through data driven persuasion
- Consistently operates at the highest level of integrity and does not compromise ethical standards
- Domestic travel up to 20% as needed to support business Objectives

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is a federal law that describes the national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient’s consent or knowledge. All roles at Naveris require compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of HIPAA and acceptance and adherence to all policies and standards at Naveris.
