The position is responsible for creating and managing Sales reporting. Primarily related to Budgeting and Incentive Compensation programs. Will provide key support for Field Sales, Institutional Sales and Relationship Management Teams, assisting them in achieving their annual Sales goals. Responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the Sales team's data and activity databases (Power BI, Oracle, and Salesforce). The position supports all Sales channels through the development of data analytics.
Essential Functions for this role include:
- Familiarity with dashboard creation and design in order to display accurate data in a user-friendly format with the tools currently used, either PowerBi, Salesforce (Analytics Studio/Tableau), Excel
- Maintainance of the Sales databases. Ensure reports are available and up to date within the reporting framework i.e., PowerBI, Salesforce et al. Disseminate reporting to various teams as needed
- Play an active role within the Sales Administration Department, including working on projects or deliverables for any and all channels within the Sales Division.
- Serve as a primary contact for Field Sales and Institutional Sales teams and for other divisions throughout MissionSquare. Maintain a strong professional relationship with other internal corporate departments; facilitating and managing any requests, researching and relaying any information needed for delivery and or completion of projects and or data requests for the Sales teams and Sales management.
- Handle other duties as assigned (management requests & special projects) including assisting in the development and testing of future Sales projects within Salesforce.
- Follow up with any assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Data experience: Primarily familiar with Oracle (SQL Developer), Salesforce, PowerBI, and MS Access
Dashboard development and maintenance
- 3+ years defined contribution experience
- Experience working with Sales Team
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Database Management experience
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Self-Motivated and results oriented
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills,
- Understanding and experience with Salesforce
