As a key player in our in-home residential sales team, you will master the art of the "One-Call Close." You'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training and education on all our services. You must be willing to travel across New Jersey, meeting customers wherever they are. Flexibility is crucial, as you'll accommodate customers' schedules with varying hours from Monday to Saturday.

Scope of Work:
Perform innovative and consultative in-home presentations from company-provided leads as well as self-generated appointments. - Your ability to connect with potential clients and present our offerings compellingly will be essential in driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.
Develop relationships with qualified prospective and existing customers. - Your role will involve understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Building trust and rapport with clients will be key to your success.
Attend weekly company, team, and development meetings - These sessions are designed to keep you informed, motivated, and continuously improving. You'll receive valuable feedback, share experiences with peers, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and company strategies. Regular participation in these meetings will ensure you're always at the forefront of our sales initiatives.
We provide our Sales Consultants pre-qualified and pre-scheduled leads, but we also provide opportunities to maximize your earning potential by leveraging various outbound marketing techniques such as canvassing, networking events, and social networking to expand your reach by generating new leads and earning increased commissions.
Requirements
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
0-3 years of relevant experience in in-home sales and/or construction sales.
Passionate, Self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a desire for excellence.
Relentless at perfecting your craft. You want to be a student and continue to learn.
Thrive in a team environment but also work well independently.
Confident and articulate with public speaking.
Capacity to persevere through rejection and derive valuable lessons from it.
Desire to grow and become a better person and leader.
BA/BS preferred but not required.

Average first year total compensation range: $75,000 - $150,000

Schedule and Location:
You must be available to travel and meet customers all over the state of New Jersey. This includes accommodating customers' schedules with varying hours of the day, Monday-Saturday.
Project Manager Requirements: Proven experience in account management, project management, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to upsell or add-on products to increase revenue. Proficient in using CRM software. Ability to work in various outdoor environments and adapt to different job scenarios. Punctual, proactive, disciplined, creative, efficient, and balanced. Open-minded with a growth mindset.
