What You'll Do:
- Master the Basics: Begin your journey with in-depth training in solar energy solutions and sales techniques.
- Generate Leads: Engage in door-to-door outreach, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Educate Customers: Explain the benefits of solar energy and guide customers through the decision-making process.
- Set Appointments: Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients to close deals.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work toward and exceed your sales goals as part of a high-energy team.
- Participate in Team Meetings: Attend twice-weekly meetings in Cherry Hill, NJ to receive top-tier training and collaborate with successful peers.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills: Easily connect with customers and explain complex concepts simply.

What We Offer:
- Pay: Earn between $4,000.00 and $20,000.00 per month based on performance.
