A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES COORDINATOR 

What I Do As A Sales Coordinator 

As a Sales Coordinator at Logan Services, you will serve as one of the primary representatives on the phone, interacting with current and prospective customers. This role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, scheduling customer appointments, and addressing customer inquiries and issues. Additionally, you will qualify, and process leads using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and provide support to our Comfort Consultants. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to current and prospective customers (65-70 calls daily).
• Schedule appointments for customer estimates.
• Address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
• Qualify and process leads through the CRM system.
• Support Comfort Consultants by processing leads and providing necessary assistance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

WORK SCHEDULE  

10:00 AM-6:30 PM Monday-Thursday & 8:30 AM-5:00 PM This position also requires working a weekend rotation and at least one holiday per year. Holiday hours are 8:00 am-12:00 pm except for Memorial Day which is a full shift. 

 
QUALIFICATIONS  

• Strong verbal and written communication 
• Ability to work independently and with a team 
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Computer skills 

• Experience talking over the phone 
• 1-3 years customer service experience 
• Ability to pass a background check 
• Valid driver's license
