Overview:

A leading commercial contractor is seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator to support its growing team. This is a critical role for an organized, tech-savvy professional comfortable with coordinating sales activities, managing data, and assisting with client communications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with project proposals, bids, and contract coordination for commercial paving clients
• Oversee lead tracking, CRM management, and potential client identification
• Support project hand-offs to operations teams, ensuring timelines are met and client expectations are managed
• Generate sales performance reports and analyze data using advanced Excel skills
• Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, document handling, and email correspondence

Requirements:

• Education

  Bachelor's degree required

  
  

• Experience

  Minimum of 1 year in the commercial construction industry

  
  

• Technical Skills

  Proficient in Excel, CRM experience a plus

  
  

• Location

  Local to Palm Beach County, with availability to work fully on-site

  
  

• Schedule

  Full-time, 40-45 hours/week
