Sales Coordinator - Ultimate Staffing Services

Ultimate Staffing is looking to hire a sales coordinator for a full-time position on the Southwest side of Houston! Please apply ASAP as this is an immediate need and interviews are underway!

Duties:

• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings for show labor, expense reports
• Assist account managers with administrative duties
• Request certificates of insurance
• Provide job specific information to contractors

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, PC, and internet
• Knowledge of CRM software
