We are known for our commitment to providing our guests with a remarkable dining/ event experiences. We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator attracts clients, secures event bookings, details the events and ensures customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and drive sales for event spaces and packages.
- Develop and negotiate contracts and proposals adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Conduct on-site visits and engage with clients to understand their needs.
- Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to facilitate smooth event planning and execution.
- Supervise event setup and ensure a seamless flow during events.
- Coordinate effectively with servers and bartenders to guarantee flawless event coordination and execution.
