Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring that sales operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating meetings.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between sales representatives and clients, ensuring timely and effective communication regarding sales inquiries and updates.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain sales documents, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Sales Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and followed up on promptly.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and client specifications.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
