Massage Envy Grand Junction has been open since July 15, 2022. In our first year, we are proud to have grown our member base as well as serve new clients on a daily basis. We are filling the need for affordable and high-quality massage and skin care services on the Western Slope. Our clinic environment is warm, welcoming and all about caring for our client's wellness needs. We are looking for people who have strong customer service skills, sales skills and ability to multi-task.
Compensation Package:
Massage Envy Grand Junction provides a unique compensation plan based on the candidate's experience and work history. We reward loyalty, hard work and reliability. We also reward employees who take initiative and contribute to the success of our clinic.
Compensation:
- Competitive base pay starting at $16.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Additional bonuses

- There may be other bonuses available based on clinic performance and attaining goals.
- Compensation is reviewed after 90 days to evaluate performance.

Qualified Candidates:
- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
- Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
- Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
- Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
Day-to-Day:
- Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
- Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
- Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.
