Perks & Pay:
- Compensation
• Day Time $15.50
• Nighttime $15
Wellness Advisors start at $.50 less per hour through training. After the first step of training which includes booking appointments and all customer service skills needed before selling memberships, they will receive a $.25 raise. Once the Wellness Advisor is ready to sell the membership, they will receive another $.25 raise.
Sales Bonus
• FDA's that average over 20% get $50
• FDA's that average over 30% get $100PTO
• Every 300 hours the employee receives 5 hours of PTO
Sales Bonus
• Every 40 memberships you receive a $100 bonus
Raises and Reviews are done every 1000 hours
Eligible for attendance bonus every quarter. If you miss a shift without using PTO or making up the time you receive the bonus. Part time is $100 and full time is $200.
40% off of retail
Average over 92% satisfaction for a quarter and receive a free facial or massage
Bonus on Retail for FDA’s:
• 5% of retail sold (not by an Esthetician or manager)
Qualified Candidates:
- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
- Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
- Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
- Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
Day-to-Day:
- Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
- Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
- Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
