Primary Job Responsibilities of the Sales & Customer Service Representative:
- Educate the customers by educating them on the benefits of our services and sales promos in person
- Manage the implementation and delivery of a key client’s activity, maximizing performance, return on investment, and identifying the opportunity to expand
- Expertly managing the needs of external customers
- Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Driving sales through promotional campaigns
- Acquire extensive industry sales skills by attending client conferences to connect customers to the latest products and services
- Upsell services and transition warm leads into actual sales
Minimum Qualifications of the Sales & Customer Service Representative:
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales. Account Management, Entry-Level Management, Client Relations or relevant fields
- Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projects.
- Adaptable, open to new ideas, and ready to take on new duties
- A consistent overachiever with a drive for perfection
- Must be able to work full-time hours and some weekends for special events.
- Desire to travel at least 1 or 2 weeks a year for further training
