As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping to execute sales and marketing strategies. You’ll work with a diverse team of people who focus on the following areas: sales and generating new business; customer service and relationship management; new product and promotion launches; local market research; new customer trend analysis; corporate and financial communications; recruitment marketing; and client-centric sales campaigns
Responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Service Representative:
- Provide client service and product information to local consumers to initiate the sales process
- Handle customer inquiries and sales directly in person with our customers
- Provide information about the campaigns our company works with
- Process sale orders for customers in accordance with campaign standards
- Document and update customer records accurately based on interactions
- Keep up to date with training about the campaigns
- Participate in daily training classes and provide insight or suggestions for weekly sales metrics
